On behalf of LAWASIA, I warmly welcome each of you to the 8th Family Law & Children’s Rights Conference: Through the Eyes of a Child.

This conference is jointly brought to you in collaboration with the World Congress on Family Law & Children’s Rights. This conference was originally scheduled to take place in Singapore in July 2020. Unfortunately, we were not able to welcome you to Singapore as a result of the pandemic and present to you a virtual conference instead.

The conference programme promises wide and engaging discussions on numerous facets of family law practice, with a focus through the lens of a child, from child trafficking and sexual exploitation, violence, child abduction to hearing the voice of the child.
